Coming up with the concept of these pants, I wanted to push my creative liberties to see what I could bring to the table. My first thought was waistline. I wanted to create a new waist line that isn’t on the market the way standard ones are. So I thought, “How can I hide the belt itself?” Next, were the pockets. I love creating new and abstract designs for multipurpose pockets. Debuting my two-Monster-holding cargo pocket, I wanted to show off just how functional these pants could be if you make them.
